Description: The restaurant daily menu is a hearty blend of country English fare: Beef Wellington, bangers & mash, and shepherd's pie to name a few. The Pelican English bar reflects the best of the pub: fine ales, draught beers, stouts, pilsners and a whole range of wines, sherries and ports from around the world.

Situated in West Marin - the organic 'bread basket' of the Bay Area - the Pelican supports its local farming community. The Pelican's produce is organic and in season comes from its next-door neighbor, the Green Gulch Zen Center. Local Pelican meats include Mary's free range organic chickens. Imported items like our coffee are certified fair trade and sustainable.

Directions: 20 Minutes from Golden Gate Bridge on Highway 1

From Highway 101 take the Stinson Beach / Highway 1 exit.
Drive about 15 minutes. At bottom of hill—after miles
of wilderness—the Inn is the first building on the left.

The hotel is located a short walk from a
beautiful Northern California beach, Muir Beach,
and a few minutes drive from Muir Woods National Park.
